Hello. I couldn't fall asleep for a long time, tossing and turning and constantly looking at the clock. My thoughts revolved around various trivialities. At some point, I decided to start playing chicken road to distract myself. The game turned out to be easy and dynamic. I gradually relaxed and stopped stressing myself out.
