I run a small tutoring business, and answering the same questions over and over (“Do you offer group classes?” “What’s your pricing?”) was driving me nuts. A fellow tutor recommended an ai agent for customer service that’s currently in beta. I was hesitant—most AI tools feel clunky—but this one actually lets you train it with your own FAQ. Signed up for the waitlist because, at this stage, there’s no cost. If it can handle even half the repetitive stuff, I’ll call it a win. |
