I wanted to share something that personally helped me when I started questioning my sexual orientation. A while back, I came across an online test based on a model of sexuality developed in 1980 by psychologist Michael Storms from the University of Kansas. The idea is simple — you answer 20 easy questions, and at the end you get a result that shows where you might be on the spectrum of attraction. It’s not some overly complicated quiz, and it doesn’t try to put you in a rigid box. For me, it was more like a mirror that reflected things I’d been feeling but couldn’t quite put into words.

Of course, no test can tell you exactly who you are, but this one gave me a helpful starting point to think about my feelings without pressure. If you’re curious about yourself and want a gentle way to explore, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try.
